I have been going to this salon for about 3 years now and I have never had a team so dedicated to educating their clients in styling and care of curls. I have had good cuts elsewhere, but what sets this salon above is the knowledge that the team members have to guide you in making your hair look just as good when you are styling at home. I left my first cut and style on cloud 9, amazed at how bouncy, shiny, and defined my curls were. I started my journey right away using the products that were recommended. Loved my experience! Karrington did such a great job. I came in wanting a trim and to improve the shape, so I didn’t want to lose much length. She listened to what I wanted and gave good feedback about how I can simplify my hair routine to get the results I want. She didn’t make me feel bad or silly about how I’d been managing my hair..it was pretty dried out. The products they use are great, especially the NYC curls.
